Production process:
Pressing method: This is a traditional oil production method, divided into ordinary pressing method and screw pressing method. The ordinary pressing method directly pressurizes soybeans. Due to low oil yield and low production efficiency, it is rarely used in industrial large-scale production. The screw pressing method installs a screw shaft in the cylinder of a horizontal device, and pre-presses the soybeans. The processed soybeans are squeezed out while advancing. This method can produce continuously, retaining the original flavor, mellow aroma and rich vitamin E of soybeans, but the residual oil in the pressed soybean cake is higher, and the oil yield of pressed oil is lower than that of the leaching method.
Leaching method: Using a solvent that can dissolve grease, such as “No. 6 light gasoline”, through the effects of wetting, penetration, molecular diffusion and convection diffusion, the grease in the soybean material is leached out, and then the solvent and fat are mixed. The mixed oil is separated, and the crude oil is obtained after recovering the solvent. The leaching method has a high oil yield, which can be as high as 99%, but some vitamins and other nutrients will be lost during the high-temperature refining process, and if the refining is not strict, organic solvents may remain.
