Copra Oil Extraction Machine

Coconut oil production line mainly includes coconut oil pretreatment and oil pressing process, refining process. The pressed coconut cake can be used as animal feed. The moisture content of dried coconut for pressing should be controlled at 7%-10%. We can offer 30-1000 TPD coconut oil processors and 1-600 TPD coconut oil refiners. To increase the oil yield for greater profit, we also offer crude coconut solvent extraction units, which can reduce the residual oil in the cake to less than 0.8%.

 How to Set up a Copra oil extraction production line

Copra oil extraction production line mainly includes pretreatment section,  extracting oil section,  refining oil section.

Pretreatment Process of coconut oil extraction machine:

Copra → Cleaning → crusher → cooking – pre-press → twice pressing → crude oil

Coconut oil refining basic process of coconut oil extraction machine:

Copra crude oil → filtration → deacidification – degumming → decolorization → finished coconut oil

Copra oil extraction production line main include crushing section, steaming and roasting station, oil press, degumming section, deacidification, decolorization section, deodorizing section.

Copra moisture should be controlled between 7% -10%, or not conducive to copra oil extraction.

Crude Copra Oil Refining Process

According to different production requirements, there are three kinds of coconut oil refining processes:

1. Batch refining (1-20 TPD).

2. Semi-continuous refining(20-50 TPD).

3. Fully continuous refining(50-600 TPD).
