1. Raw grain cleaning section: adopts one screen, one stone removal and one magnetic separation, and uses the configured air separation system to clean out large impurities, small impurities, light impurities, stones and magnetic objects in the grain to ensure product quality.
2. Degermination, peeling and embryo lifting section: adopt the process of two degermination, one peeling, one polishing, three embryo selection, two selection, one suspension and four screening and grading.
(1) Degermination: break the material into 3-4 pieces to separate the embryo from the endosperm, and try to ensure the integrity of the embryo;
(2) Peeling and polishing: remove the endosperm, skin and embryo, and separate the powder, skin and embryo through an effective suction system
(3) Suspension: Use airflow to separate the skin from the embryo-skin mixture according to the different specific gravity of the material;
(4) Screening: classify materials according to their size and quality;
(5) Selection: Depending on the specific gravity of the material, the skin and crushed embryos are separated from the material through the combined action of the fish scale plate and air flow;
(6) Embryo selection: Depending on the specific gravity of the material, the endosperm is separated from the mixture of endosperm and embryo through the combined action of fish scale plates and airflow;
3. Grits making section: adopts the process of fine grits, screening and classification and suspension.
(1) Fine grits: The material is broken into grits, and the endosperm (white spots) with lower hardness is finely ground into powder;
(2) Screening: classify materials according to their size;
(30 suspension: use airflow to separate the microskin from the grits according to the different specific gravity of the material;
4. Powder making section: adopts multi-pass grinding and screening process.
(1) Grinding: The flour entering the grinding machine is ground into fine powder;
(2) Sieving: Separate the finely ground powder from the materials;
