On May 15th, 2018, 100TPD soybean oil press production line was guided by the engineering team of Henan Huatai Grain and Oil Machinery Co., Ltd. to carry out trial start-up on all lines. The raw material of this trial operation was non-genetically modified soybean. At 10:50, the soybeans enter the subsequent crushing, peeling and rolling section after being heated by the pretreatment conditioning tower; At 15:00, the embryo fragments enter the extraction workshop; At 18:00, DTDC is fed off-line; 21:30, the packaging workshop will output soybean meal; At 23:30, the entire production line runs through, producing oil and output.
