The project chief  is Xue Jinfeng who is vice general manager of Huatai machinery, the technical leader is Yan Zidang who is vice general manager of Huatai machinery and the vice general manager Yan Feng is responsible for the business affairs. After carefully commissioning and  debugging by the technical team, the project is running successfully on Dec.29, 2017.
