The Principle: Food-grade lye (NaOH) reacts with FFA to form soapstock. The soapstock adsorbs remaining micro-impurities and is separated from the clear oil via continuous disc centrifuges.

2. Physical Deacidification (Packing Deacidification Tower)
Best suited for low-gum, high-acid oils (such as palm oil, coconut oil, and rice bran oil).

Precision Pre-treatment: Crude oil is filtered to under 0.2% impurities and heated to an optimal 20 – 40℃.

Intensive Neutralization: High-shear mixers blend the oil with phosphoric/citric acid and 16~24Be’lye(around 0.05%~0.2%of the oil weight) to flocculate the soapstock efficiently.

High-Speed Separation: Industrial disc centrifuges utilize high G-force to split heavy soapstock and light clear oil continuously.

Multi-Stage Washing: Soft hot water (3- 5℃ hotter than the oil) is injected to wash out residual soap traces.

Flash Vacuum Dehydration: The washed oil passes into a vacuum dryer to eliminate moisture, preserving oil stability.

Polishing Filtration: A final security filter ensures the oil achieves premier clarity, ready for bleaching or direct packing.
